Flurry is an outstanding Kuvasz and the best friend ever. We have owned many great dogs and great Kuvasz, but this is my heart dog. He was the first champion out of our first litter, our first AKC group/multiple group placer, our first #1 male, first therapy dog, Rally dog and our first AKC Breeder/Owner/Handled Companion dog Obedience titled dog. At age eight and a half years old he became the seventh Grand champion Kuvasz, the first one with an obedience title. All of his titles and recognitions were earned breeder/owner/handled but Flurry also loved going into Junior showmanship with 3 different outstanding your handlers. He competed in 4-H with our daughter Ashton and has qualified for the State fair the last two years. In 2010 he retired from 4-H but still loves coming to events with me as a demo dog.
Flurry is as sweet as he is reliable. He has amazing type and solid movement. His curly coat and beautiful head are what really catch the judges eye though. Flurry is full of life and loves to play with the young dogs or simply sit by your side for a quiet moment. Although he is retired from the show ring, we look forward to watching his kids & grand kids take over his amazing show career.
Health testing
Flurry has OFA Excellent hips, patella normal, elbows normal & OFA Thyroid normal. He is a Carrier for PRA and is CERF clear for eyes.
